What to Expect

Your Time Starts with Calm

If you're booked in, please arrive 10 minutes early—check in, unwind with a complimentary beverage, and settle before your session. Walk-ins are welcome when we have space!

Comfort Above All

You'll be in expert care—our RMTs adapt to your needs. Want to specify therapist gender? Just let us know when you book.

Seated Scroll Relief

Booked for a chair massage? Feel free to wear comfortable, loose clothing. We also keep shorts on-hand if your session includes a foot massage.

Relax & Reboot

Every chair massage includes a soothing foot soak—perfect for rebooting after a long day. Our quick 30‑minute session is designed to deliver a noticeable uplift for your body and mood.

Table Session Ease

Opting for a full table massage? We provide professional draping, a warm towel, and a touch-up station so you can feel refreshed before heading back out.

Mood Matters

Your comfort shapes your experience. Adjustable lighting, heated tables, plush linens—and of course, great music. Feel free to let your therapist customize your session anytime.

Booking Ahead is Mandatory

We run on appointments only—walk-ins are subject to availability, but booking ahead is the best way to save your spot.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and cash. No checks. Want to breeze through checkout? Use the card you booked with.

Massage FAQs

Insurance & Billing

All our services are RMT-led. We offer direct billing when your provider allows it, and we always supply receipts for reimbursement.

Booking with Preferences

You can select your preferred RMT or their gender during booking. We aim to honor all requests, based on availability.

Under 18?

Anyone under 18 needs written parental consent, and the guardian must stay during the session.

Prenatal Massage

Expecting? We offer safe, certified prenatal sessions—typically after the first trimester.

Cancellations & No-Shows

24+ hours' notice: no charge.

Within 24 hours or no-show: the full service fee applies.

If illness arises, please let us know—we'll happily reschedule your session at no cost.

Shop FAQs

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only, with free standard shipping on orders over $250 before tax and discounts.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns (no shipping refund): within 14 days, for store credit only. Product must be unused, sealed, and returned in original packaging.

Non-returnable items: candles, incense, gift cards, sale, and promotional products.

Exchanges: in-store only.

Tipping

Tipping is optional but appreciated—18% is a generous guideline. 100% goes straight to your therapist.
